What's wrong with my seedling?

So after all I couldn't control myself and repotted it back to the solo cup but this time I got rid of most of the medium stuck in the tiny root ball, gave it some rooting powder and kept the cup as dry as it can be. Cup now almost weights nothing. Leaves curling down/drooping seems to be reversing. Don't think there was any new growth from the top just the leaves starting to go back up again. What do you think ?
Let me get this straight, you went from too much water to no water?

Potting mix was pretty moist. Didn't feel like it required any more water. It's not completely dry right now. Last I checked just beneath the top layer the medium is still damp. so there is some water in it, I actually am aiming for almost no water. Before I start watering it again.

All I care about is that my seedling looks way better now. I replanted in to a smaller pot like many commented that I shouldn't have moved it to a bigger pot and keep it in a drier medium.
Also, considering this strain grows in much drier climates than my potting mix and it's "weed" so it should do fine underwatered as compared to overwatered.

It's not unusual for a new grower to overdo everything. I've been there, myself. Time and experience are the best teachers. Fortunately marijuana is a very resilient plant when it's allowed to do it's thing.
Almost always, new growers will overwater the seedings -thinking that the more water they provide, the more they will drink it up. New growers often over fertilize young plants, too. They often don't have a good light. They don't provide good air movement or have a source of fresh air. They don't have any experience recognizing pests or deficiencies so they often treat the wrong pathogen -again with too many items, all at once, to try and get an overnight response. When we, as humans, drink too much, we can recover in a matter of hours...But, as has been mentioned, plants may take weeks to recover. They work on a different timeframe. As a new grower, waiting can be the hardest part.

Continue to do lots of reading and watch a lot of videos and begin to dial in your grow room environment. Plan on having some plants die along the way. It's part of the process and everyone has a "war story" to tell if they've been growing for awhile. Good luck!

Much appreciated, we all learn from mistakes and gain experience and I appreciate all the comments and advices I really do, well mostly the constructive ones.

I guess if you don't have anything to say about the plant or the thread topic, maybe not saying anything is the smarter choice.
Actually I think this is a sticks and stones issue. Which of course can break your bones just like fiddling with a non-established root ball can screw your plant. But names and text blow back on a cannabis site can never hurt you.

Start neglecting your plant. It will thank you.

Mine currently looks like this. It's an autoflower sour diesel and I planted it in a larger pot.

Any chance it'll bounce back without replanting it into a smaller pot?

It's my first grow, very low budget with a cheap 30W (150W) Amazon E27 full spectrum LED.

Did you use mulch as soil? You're going to want more light.
