If you are handling customer service poorly, and often even if you are not, people will get upset. My instinct, based on experience, is that your communication faltered because you had a supply problem you were scrambling to solve, and threads like this are part of the price you had to pay for that. I could be wrong, but I am not new at life, I have been on both sides of those sort of things more than once.
I appreciate that you had the guts to reply directly, but I feel like your reply is unprofessional, frankly. Best wishes, and fight the good fight. I give no fucks about this situation, except that I am both a business owner and a consumer, one who cares about the ethics and practices on both sides.
Very unprofessional and quite frankly I'm still positive it's a scam backed up on orders or not people waiting 6 months is flat out unacceptable. And a refund should be given if your not gonna take care of the orders. My lesson was learned the hard way and I will only go through someone who's been in business for 10 years+.
