okay, i cannot find a timer anywhere near my place...

I live in India and the sadest fucking thing is that all the timers here are banned by the police because of the recent bomb blasts and all :|

Now, i NEED a timer...
any DIYs?

ps : i cant order anything from net, i dont have a credit card :|

help plssss

Think i read somewhere that you could make a timer out of a old microwave timer ?. Dont think i would play around with electricity like that though i wouldnt be able to sleep at night lol.

Had a look on google for the link and cant find it mate sorry.

Dude, just about your safest bet at this point is to either 1) Buy a timer from a friendly enforcement officer (military cops especially are likely to sell black market items), or 2) There is an ancient (possibly Mayan), technique of manually turning items on and off. Sorry, bro, I can't think of anything. Best of luck to you though!

bt it wont be very systematic u know..
maybe some days i go out, or i fall asleep, or i may just forget... or i'd be stoned... so, that'll affect the plant growth.. :(

anyways, im planting tomorrow.. putting my lights on 24/0 till i get hold of a timer.. Man, i just hope i get one :|

And yeah, there are computers in India now... and know what?.. 5% of the Microsoft crew is Indian :P

the recent terrorist attack here fucked the shit out of the fucking government and cops... they fucking banned all the timers :|
