Joe Biden's statement was very clear "I am announcing a pardon of all prior Federal offenses of simple possession of marijuana.".......all prior offenses would include those currently doing time

I'm glad about this so don't mistake that. Rather odd this truly humanitarian act of kindness was saved for Croptober before midterms. All the reasons stated were valid last year and on day one. I'm glad it's getting done though. Cannot believe dude had the nerve to mention fentanyl though, that takes either balls or dementia.

I live in Tacoma land but I am a little envious of Hilux availability.

Trump is going down in less than two months and you should stick around for the celebration here. If the republicans win the house though, McCarthy will be going to the big house on visiting day for instructions. They will be simple instructions, GET ME OUTTA HERE! Actually, I look forward to his TV trial in Georgia with all those top republicans on the stand refuting the big lie to his face on national TV and testifying against him. I'm hoping for a mostly black jury in Fulton Co and figure I'll see Donald tied to his chair squirming with a matching orange ball gag in his gob.

According to the Guardian article I posted earlier, there's around 6,500 people that Biden's pardon would affect.
