Direct/indirect sunlight

I like in a state where growing isn't legal. With that said I can't have my plant in the wide open so they have to hide under a tree. They do get indirect sunlight with very little direct. First question will the lack of direct sun effect yeild?(which I assume it would) Second question will the lack of direct sun cause a later then normal harvest?

Idk mine only get full sun on the tops and they are just finebut the top bud on the left gets sun most of the day and it is bigger then the rest

If you can only have partial sun,use a place with morning sun if possible.It allows them to dry out sooner to prevent mold .GL
