Ok I guess carbonic acid in the water is just carbonated water than huh.. its just weird because I don’t think of rainwater as being fizzy and carbonated like carbonated water but I’ve never drank rainwater before and it obviousely is gonna have way less carbonation than a soda.

Just googled “ph of carbonated water” ...google says 4.5.
So perhaps simply carbonated water would work as an acid for OP’s fade method here..

Have you ever tried using carbonated water?
If not, how do you know it wouldn’t effect how the plant grew or the potency/ taste of the final product.

Also from reading about rainwater it sounds like all unpolluted rainwater has a certain amount of carbonation.

Funny cuz I never remember kearning that in science class but I might have been too high half the time to remember wtf the chemistry teacher was even saying.

I dont, nor have i ever taken any stance on an outcome. You can ask what i think tho.

I have started to try to copy Purpinator formula and application...haven't given any heartfelt effort yet cuz you gotta have plants at certain stages to even try this stuff. I've tried a couple things but purpinator is based on vacoule Ph and anthocyanins.fade is different mechanisms in the plant. Im more interested in induced anthocyanin expression and carbonated water isn't a consideration.

Good choice, the motherline of this plant is the one in the pic i posted earlier in thread. If there's purp to be pushed without cold induction, this girl should have it.

Im doing epsom salt cuz Purpinator says 'magnesium' alot when talking about how theirs works.

And this makes the pot better how? Green pot or purple pot. I've grown plenty of both and other than the strain differences, (sometimes the same strain but one is green and the other is purple), it's the same buzz. My wife has lots of chickens with white, brown, blue, green and yellow shells but they all taste the same inside as well. Scientifically proven to be no nutritional differences either.

I like grey pot the best. Means I just blasted a bowl. :)
