That's a real good way to slo-dry pot and get a really nice cure if done right. I just got a nice mini fridge and will be doing some pot in there without the wife bitching about everything in HER fridge smelling like bud. 4 -5 weeks just to dry before putting it still moist into jars for burping for another 4 weeks.
I've been curing my pot slow like this for 20 years but usually down in my basement which is as cold as a fridge, (35-40F), for 6 months of the year. Still only 62F now as summer begins to fade but still 84F outside today.
