Did anyone else join the class action lawsuit brought against the company in Oregon? It looks like the payments have gone out. There were many more claimants than they had anticipated which reduced the payment amount.

"The settlement pays out $200 per claim, unless the number of claims exceeds the funds available." The number of claims was higher than anticipated.

"Up to 186,000 Oregonians bought the mislabeled vapes, but the settlement forecast that fewer than 1% will actually file claims" 7% filed


Anyway, I got mine. I'm rich!

I chose paypal to receive mine. $200 would have been a couple bottles of good Scotch. $38 isn't anything to even think about. I'm mad at all those yahoos that filed a claim and reduced my payment.

I got $25 from my last class action. Currently building a case against the state itself for failing to regulate, unnatural production under the guise of natural products (fake terps). One of the brands involved is safeguarding themselves by changing their language to "processed with hydrocarbons" (because fake terps are hydrocarbons).

They have been selling nasty fake lemon bullshit since the med program began, and have routinely denied it. I hired a private investigator to scope out their grow and prove they were shipping in fake terpenes by the barrels. And spraying it on the weed before extraction to keep employees in a need to know basis.
