0-5-10 veg and 0-8-16 flower anyone?

How many of you have ditched the Gro bottle with great results?

Lucas formula 0-5-10 veg and 0-8-16 flower (Gro-Micro-Bloom), is something I have not tried yet.

How are your grows doing with this?

Controversy: Some ignore the 0-5-10 veg and:
Throughout the entire grow (vegetative and flower cycle) you mix a ratio of 8ml of Flora Micro and 16 ml of Flora Bloom per US gallon of water. Again, this ratio of Flora Micro and Flora Bloom is used during ALL stages of growth.

I would love to use this product and simplify things a bit. Unfortunately I'm having trouble buying this product where I live. It doesn't seem to be available at the moment. Do you stick with the basic MaxiGro during veg and switch to MaxiBloom as soon as you see flowers? How do your results compare to the good ol' GH Gro-Micro-Bloom?

Results are very close with all of GH's products in my experience, they all use the same salts-which are actually good quality salts. I use Maxigro during Veg and usually switch to Maxibloom only during flower, but this time I'm planning on using 1/2 gro and 1/2 bloom during flower.

That's exactly what I've arrived at as well.

Straight Maxibloom has way more P than necessary

I alternated between Maxibloom and Dyna Gro on my last plant....I was happy with the results.

I might consider a half/half like you are doing

My understanding of the Lucas formula, is that someone figured out you can just use two of the 3-part and still get good results. Not using Bloom during veg, and not using Gro during flower, but always using the Micro.

My personal experience with the 3-part, is that it's best to use all three in proper amounts. At the end of flower i still add 1ml Gro to the feed.

Dunno who "Lucas" is, but not sure how he thinks his formula is better than the multi-billion dollar business that created it
