Is anyone else getting scammazed on purchases?

I ordered 3 cases of beer bottles as pictured on amazon guess what they sent me...?

I got one box via ups it was a box of Olive oil bottles and they said the other two boxes broke or something... they were undeliverable

So i had to submit a refund through amazon because of the false advertizing and amazon gives me 3 labels for 3 boxes to return

Ok i put 3 labels on one box.

Ups guy shows up doesnt honk doesnt knock doesnt ring the bell leaves the labels on my porch. I make eye contact with him as he is stepping into his truck and i yell "HEY" and he throws his truckin gear and drives away from me and leaves me standing there with the box.

Ups said they want to charge a fee to pick it up

In conclusion id say as of 2022 about 50% of my purchases go sour. they are either bad goods or the wrong goods

All you had to say was they arrived with broken glass and you would get a refund without return because you can't ship broken glass. I don't endorse using this info when it's not true but for you it would have worked. You could have also opened an A-to-Z claim stating it arrived broken.

im just a normal guy why do i gotta fabricate a bullshit story for an amazon return. fix the website fix the picture get rid of the jape sellersd that list 2 packs and only send 1 and all these other crap sellers

A couple of months ago I ordered a case (12) of butane, and when it arrived there was only one can along with a bag of metal anchors, to tie down a tarp or whatever. They made me jump through all sorts of hoops to fix the problem. They ended up sending me a new case. So I scored a free can along with the bag of anchors that I'll probably never use.

I fucking LOVE amazon, and couldn't imagine life without them. I get 90% of my products from them, and they treat me like a king. Even if I miss the return window, they let me return shit. I probably spend 15k+ per year there, and they protect me from shitty products and sellers. Viva la Amazon and all hail King Bezos...

Without them I never would have made thru the last couple years
Never had an issue not quickly resolved to my satisfaction
But then again I’m not trying to game the system

well let me clue you in my friend those times are a coming to an end there buddy cause i also shop at amazon and im having to return 90% of the crap that i order because its faulty or wrong or broken during transit and i see now its not me its actually happening to a lot of people. and its getting worse.

it started with ebay when the chinese hacked it and list stuff they dont have, take payment, then never ship. then when you are wondering who to contact about where your item is. then you find out ebay has no customer service and have to contact the credit card company to get your money back.

in 2019-2020 my credit card found out amazon has been billing me for a monthly subscription for like 10 months and i wasn't subscribed to them on my account. they got around 180 bucks or so back to me.
