Bill Clinton was not indicted for lying to Congress even though he in fact lied to Congress. I don't think he should have been. If ALL Trump did was hold onto secret documents for his vanity's sake I don't think he should be indicted either. I think the DOJ is only just now finding out what he did with those documents.

On the other hand, Trump's compromat was almost certainly in that safe. Letters of confessions he held in exchange for favors or pardons, government documents containing evidence of criminal actions by government and GOP officials that didn't lead to charges, compromising pictures and so forth. That was Trump's real source of power and it's gone. He's not getting any of that back. Nor should he. He can't even mention it in his motions to retrieve "privileged" documents. But that's what he's saying he wants back when he says "executive privilege". DOJ defanged the snake. Or at least they drained its venom.

There is no doubt that The Fucking Grifter violated security procedures. That is a crime that needs to be punished! Also he incited a riot, obstructed Congress, and several other violations that are slam dunk cases.

I agree the Congressional conspiretors in the "Green Bay Sweep" need to be prosceuted and removed from Congress, and probably put in jail. I don't know why Garland hasn't indited the false electors and rolled up the GBS conspiracy after these 20 months? Why hasn't Navarro been tried yet? He confessed to the plot on Nation Wide Television, FGS!

It's not like Garland is short of investigators or prosecutors.

But I hope the public will draw a line after Mar-a-la-Doh and maybe future ones won't...
Imean there is always hope of incremental improvement as life goes on

Russian TV though is probably not much better on facts than Fox or OAN.

How longs the witch hunt gone on now? 6 years?

I guess the recent fbi whistleblower was a Russian spy too... Or something.

On the one hand Democrats think this guy can't spell even. On the other hand he's apparently too smart to get busted by the combined might of the fbi, cia, entire democratic party.

Also funny to think he would keep something that could throw him in prison in the middle of his own damn house lol. You know this man buried his coloring books somewhere safe, like come on...

Maybe so…but that doesn’t mean ANY of them are standing around, looking for something to *do*. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise me if MG were wishing he had MORE staff to help with *all* the investigations DOJ has on its plate…and THEN there are the prosecutions.

DOJ might well BE short on the right kind of help

I should have called 911 on that guy with the truck in front of the library..it just occurred to me his head was down because he was on his phone waiting for instructions from a place where 45 is..the Upsidedown. No cop just walk right in and light the Libbies up. I am going over there to show the pics in case they weren't aware and see what their terrorism plan is.

Now I understand why I've been seeing Sherriff crawling all over an incorporated town that already has a police force. Sirens wailing because of Vecna and his evil minions.
