how is it legal for ppl to sell and ship seeds to my house

What makes you think it's legal to sell weed or ship it to your house?
It's legal to smoke it & grow it in California, and a few other states. Selling it and shipping it are NOT legal anywhere that I know of.

they operate in canada (most wont ship to the US) and UK where their cannabis laws are different...you wont find any seed banks in the US

Seeds are not illegal and nor is selling them.
Selling them to germinate is illegal which is why many seed sellers state "for food use only"or"souvenir value only" and the best one is imo "For food and ornamental use only,we do not advise germination of these seeds and they are only sold for their food and novelty value,we do not encourage you to germinate these seeds,but if you do there is a grow guide on the link below!"

To make a good female produce male flowers just use light stress,i.e. mess with its light timings whilst it is flowering.
Much easier and better though to just use a male to fert the female

the seed cannot be used as a drug not that i know of
but onced germinated they become cannabis plants not seeds and it is illegal to grow cannabis
think thats why something like that and something about thc too

in america, possession of any part of the cannabis plant (including seeds) is illegal..... they are able to ship here because they have a disclaimer, good lawyers, and operate in countries outside of the US

yea exactly... shipping the seeds is not illegal , however if customs finds seeds in a package, they will just throw them out along with everything else in the package.. the law is always a joke on things like this... for instance, its not illegal to 'obtain' them (have them shipped to you) or a friend gives them to you as a gift as a novelty, but it is illegal if they are found in your possession! hahaha
as for stress causing males, it really doesn't stand on firm scientific ground that you get more males in a crop if the crop has been stressed ; however, it is true that genetics in a plant can change based on environmental factors such as extreme levels of light, heat, water and/or nutrients, physical stress (too much pruning) or root rot or roots cut off.. etc .. many people have done statistics on it and found that they usually get more males in a crop which had any of the stresses mentioned above, but this doesn't prove anything.. genetics itself is stochastic.

the basterd tory polititian david cameron tried to shadow a law to ban cannabis seeds in briton and it got thrown out luckly but still illegal to grow and if gordon brown has his wat cannabis will be class b again in the newyear right so answer me this
how does a polititian have the nuts to highten cannabis to class b and yet lower lsd and ecstacey from a to b im all for the legalization of cannabis but when it comes to the harder drugs like lsd and ecstacey i think they should be illegal they can cause irreprable damage in seconds of taking them whilst cannabis can only cause problems from missuse like anything drugs alcohol perscription medication smoking

You see britain has an obeisity problem, and they hope that by lowering lcd and ectasy to a class grade b, more peope will take it. And as the symptoms of them burn up alot more energy than cannabis and things, the plan for the future is skinnier children and people - thus lowering obeisity levels. However with cannabis people much there brains out, but this does help the economy as we probs spend quite a few bob on much but to behonest fuck the goverment REVOLUTIONISE 2009 PEACE MUTHA FUCKERS!

Do you realise that more people died just last year from alcohol,coffee,tea,ibuprofen,aspirin,paracetamol,sugar,chocolate and cigarettes etc.. to mention just a few of their insidious products available to anyone,than all of the illegal drug related deaths over the past 10 years.
Now think about it and try not to forget who the biggest and most evil drug dealers in the world are,your own governments.
