Just for giggles........check the pH of your nutrient solution just before you feed your plants..........curious minds would like to know.

Depending on your medium and nutrients that is correct. But if your nutrients and medium are buffered the range is wider.
ProMix HP and GH Maxi series all state they are buffered on their web sites. Mega Crop uses the word "Chelated".
A member on another forum posted that he had talked to a ProMix rep and was told in no uncertain terms that there is no need to ph your water in. I didn't quite believe it but I gave it a try. Works for me with my well water

2g/4L of MC was 630 ppm and ph of 7.0
1.6g/4L of MaxiGro was 600 ppm and ph of 7.0
And just now tested the raw water, it was 7.4

I'm not sure that I buy into the 'no pHing' for HP. I've heard it before but most of the guys who use it do indeed pH, and lower than you'd go for soil. While I guess you can just not, it takes very little effort for me to pH, so why not and I haven't had any pH related trouble or funky leaves.
I find that watering and feeding to a good amount of runoff has been best for me keeping plants happy and healthy. Any time I deviate from doing so, I'm way more likely to run into issues like lock-out.
Last grow I did MaxiGro for veg and moved over to Maxibloom for flower, this time around, I'm going to hedge my bets and do something like 1g of Gro with the rest being Bloom then switch to all bloom for flower.
I also have well water that tends to be in the .45 EC range, but at the same time was prone by about week 3 of flower to seeing either calcium or magnesium (or both) deficiencies and there's some debate about whether the kind of hardness in some water is bio-available. I moved over to using filtered water or condensate water from my dehumidifiers. Both read at 0EC/PPM for me, and then I can add in the nutrients and Ca/Mg etc. back in without having my EC of a mild feed being 1.2 or 1.5EC.

If it's not broke, don't fix it
I just never cared for messing with acid !On my last grow I had a Purple Silverback that was a slow poke from the beginning, she gave me 6 oz. My Gorilla Glue #4 was the most vigorous, she gave me 11g short of a Pound. All with no ph'ing after day 30.
Perhaps my high ppm water isn't so bad after all ? Your mileage may vary !

For me, 4L in a 3 gallon fabric bag only gives me the beginning of run off BUT my SOP is a flush between veg and flower. Unless I've done something stupid I haven't had any issues.
I'd be interested to hear how that works for you. The MaxiGro is only 2 points higher in N than MaxiBloom.... Veg 5-3-4 and Bloom 3-5-5
Should be easy enough to tell if Bloom has enough N by the color of the leaves ?
And that is where our well water differs, I don't see any deficiencies and I don't use Cal/Mag.
What I do see is my prior tendency to overfeed until I find out how much is too much

Yep. these are the numbers I have.
The solutions for pH'ing are so mild that I'm not horribly worried. I've worked with Muriatic acid and etchant solutions before, and the up and down are closer to things that have the strength of vinegar or lemon juice. Again, it doesn't take me any extra effort to pH water and feed, so I'll just keep going.If it's not broke, don't fix it

For me watering promix in 5g bags, for most of the grow I'm putting ~2 gallons of water in each bag per feed/water and getting about a liter of runoff.

With my small Green Crack MaxiGro girl I was concerned there could be an interaction going on between whatever remained of her original feeding with MC so I did a 3X flush with the final containing 3g in 4L of MaxiGro.
She also got a hair cut with just the four branches remaining from her topping !
My Amnesia Auto received 3.5g of MaxiBloom in 4L of water. There is one bottom leaf just starting to yellow so I will up the feed next watering.

Don't you think it could be from lack of light?
One leaf starting to yellow is no reason to increase nute strength.
I never went higher than 3 grams per gallon for my last grow.........without issue.

This is my first run with the Maxi series.
If their recommended rates are to be believed, I should be up to 7g/gallon in flower ?
Usually some leaf tip burn shows a slight over feeding, is this not the case with the Maxi series ?
With Mega Crop I've managed to run with their feeding schedule, up to 6.5g/gallon but with AN a bit more than half is plenty !

Yeah, I tend to get tip burn past about 5g or so. Though some of that can be due to individual plant sensitivity. I know some guys who can get away with 7g, but I've never been able to.

Even the aggressive feeding recommendation is only 5.5g/G of Bloom, 7g seems ridiculous

7g is Lucas formula. way too high EC IMO.
