Can’t afford nutes anymore!!

I have 10 outdoor plants in coco, they are in pots ranging from 3gal up to one which is in a 25 gallon smart pot. I am using Athena Bloom A&B, and I cannot keep up with these costs.
Surely I am doing something wrong here!

I bought Athena blended A & B a WEEK ago and I’m already OUT!!! That’s about $100/week and I absolutely cannot afford it anymore. If I can’t find something else, these flowering pants will have to be killed. HELP!!

No offense meant, but buying Athena nutrients is your primary issue with nute costs. It's by far the most overpriced, over-hyped nutrient line.

There are many less-expensive, equally-effective alternatives

Athena is fucking EXPENSIVE. I've been using the Blended line also, and while I really like the "cleanliness" of it, I think I'm just gonna go back to using General Hydroponics. I was using FloraNova Grow for a bit, but it's stinky. lol. The oldschool Flora Trio never did me wrong, I think I'll just go back to it.

Go buy a bag of flower girl by dr earth and top dress at 2TBSP per gallon of medium

I’ve been looking at Jack’s. The values just seem extremely high to me. I’ve worked in some successful commercial goes that use Athena, but their method is more like my indoor setup.

For outdoors, This cost is ridiculous. I made this post because I’m asking for alternatives though, not just “don’t use that.”

What Jack's "values" seem high?

In the case of Athena, ANY other nutrient will be more economical than Athena, as its the most exorbitantly-priced stuff out there.

They pretty much are. Look at the labels. They're all using the same ingredients that come from the same chemical factories. There is nothing special about Athena. It's just overpriced compared to many other similar products made with the exact same ingredients.

There is absolutely no reason to pay what they charge for a mixture of cheap chemical salts.

Bloom A:
Calcium Ammonium Nitrate, Potassium Nitrate, Iron EDTA, Iron EDDHA, Zinc EDTA, Manganese EDTA, Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Borate, Magnesium Nitrate

I got 25# Jacks Tap and 25# Jacks Finish last year for $100 shipped to my door. It grew a dozen 12 foot monsters in 35 gallon bags of Promix. Only thing I needed was some epsom salt when I made a rez with mostly collected rainwater.

If you know how to hit your desired PPMs there are plenty of choices in the Jack's Professional or Nutrient lines that could work in coco as is or with some minor tweeks.

Maybe grow in soil next time. Then you can just use cheap normal gardening fertiliser during veg. Dilute it slightly more than the instructions, say half or even quarter strength. During bloom, standard tomato feed works just fine.
