Purple Haze

Is Purple Haze still in existence? If not, would Silver Haze be the closest strain? Appreciate any thoughts.

Purple Haze is available, I saw it the other day. It would take me a minute to find it so respond here or PM me if you want it.

cali-high, I close friend was in Holland recently and two headshops were raving about "Haze". It wasn't purple, silver, butter, strawberry, nothing.. just Haze. They called things like White Widow and K2 "ok" but said the Haze was the real deal. So what is a Haze high like and is Trainwreck similar? Super Silver is a signature strain for Greenhouse and I was thinking about ordering it unless it's too edgy and paranoid which is the impression I have of the Haze high.

Yeah, I've tied strains which purport to be Purple Haze, but have been told that it is not the same as the strain from way back when (I was a baby in the early 70's, so I don't know first hand). Would really like to grow PH for nostalgic purposes.

I might compromise and get some Super Silver seeds in the not-to-distant future (thanks for the info). I'll post about the grow and the results.

Does anyone have any good stories about PH from back in the day?

anykind of haze makes you paranoid. because its a sativa.

if you want a good high ill make a list of excellent strains.

Wow, TH Seeds MK Ultra, Burmese Kush, and Mr Bubble sound really good. If those three were going to be my harvest I'd feel like I have some pretty nice varieties on the way.

If my harvest goes well I'll have a supply of two indicas that supposedly have the medical effect, Himalayan Gold and White Rhino. If I like that feel I'll grow more similar strains next year and all of the above sound great.

Cali, do you find AK-47 to be a sativa high but non anxiety? Joey Weeds has an F-2 that he describes as powerful but not anxiety producing. Sounds pretty good.

If I'm ever in the Amsterdam area again I want find a good example of a strain that's described as "soaring and cerebral" or "incredibly clear up high" so I can understand what they mean. Right now my impression of anything like that is that it's a little too intense for me.

I look at future possibilities like Barney's, Spice Brothers, White Label and Joey Weeds and there's plenty more and I realize I have to relax because it's almost impractical, if not impossible to grow them all. It would make far more sense to be in Holland for a week to try them all then decide.
