Stong possibility its Powdery mildew..
Or jizz.. one or the other..lol
Spray with diluted milk to wash it off and clean room afterwards.. then buy some spray to treat it.. or burn sulfur.. just kidding on the last one.. dont do that indoors..lol
Oh wait...lol your outdoors.. spray with diluted milk to clean them .. then go buy something for p.m. that is natural. Stay away from systemics and other garbage thats a chemical synthetic

By chance did you pour plant food on the leaves as you were watering? It could be what youre feeding then drying up on them..
Or its p.m.
I'm using the formula 420 rechargeable fertilizer at the base and watering it in so no food on the leaves. They have some palm trees above them so I was curious if bird shit but looks to diluted and possibly coming from onside leaves. It's very strange. And the PM doesn't look powdery

What would you recommend for PM treatment? I've used hydrogen peroxide in the past.
Never dealt with it personally. Sounds like that’d work.

I’ve heard of using milk to treat it. Like 30% milk rest water. Check before doing that tho could be wrong lol
