How do i cut?

can somone explain me some thing about cutting.like:
1.if i cut some leafs-while it grow back?
2.how is the best why to cut?
3.how can i know that my plant is ready to get cut.
and so...

use a razor blade and sterilize it (pure alcohol or meth spirit) when cutting anywhere on you're cannabis plant.

i have another qustion:
I sao the "stoned free guid to Growing Cannabis" and im not sure that i
understand correct-if i cut a brantch of the female planet and put
it in soil it grows to a new planet?
