Yes they get direct sunlight all day, it hasn't got over 86f/30c but it definitely is getting hotter.
Can see in the back ground leaves are getting greener,i think your ok for now.
I have been feeding since about 3 weeks veg, I just have been weary to feed much higher than manufacturer recommendations
After a few years youll go by how green the leaves are, most all plants will tell ya . Stretch is starting so they'll be hungry keep with veg food until you have tinny buds,then slowly change to flower nutes.Theses leaves need to stay green for 3 more months.
It sounds like you haven't gotten too hot yet. Things like shade cloth can help when you're dealing with extremes like the guys out in CA, AZ and OK do. I'm talking multiple 100 plus degree days and dry. They have a lot of tricks they use to help, like heavy mulching to retain as much moisture as possible and 30% shade cloth to give them a break when it's the worst. I had the opposite problem, too much shade from being in the woods. I'd love to have some open ground and sunny space around here but all my land is heavily wooded.
If you outdoor which it appears and this is the bottom fans then no big deal. My first few rows of fan leaves wet wind damaged and within 6-weeks looked like that because they were not exposed to light…but is it new growth or all over the plant it more of a concern.
I figured you would be a good one to ask since your weather forecast looked like a trip to hell for 7 days. All above 100 and no relief in sight last time I saw you posted it.
