Question for anyone....

What can be done if your plant outgrows the height of your grow area? Like...if you veg'd for a really long time before flowering and you know you wont have enough room for the plant to double or triple in height....Can you tie it down to something? Bending it....Will that limit yield or quality?

Don't top it at that stage. That requires waiting for it to recover, and grow a bit again. Bending is definitely your best choice. You will likely increase your overall yield, but you will lose out on the joy of giant cola's. I found this out in my last grow. I didn't get enormous cola's but my overall yield from 2 plants that were bent all over was amazing.

i forgot about 12/12 stretch phase, all my plants r growing horizontal now, makes for a mixxed up space, reminds me of sea of green grows back in the day

Can you bend the lower half of the plant? I sorta have a similar problem. The bottom half is getting too wide? Can I slowly bend and manipulate the bottom half?

you can cut the roof out so the plant doesn't get stressed, something you need to do is lower the photo period 2 hour clicks every 2 days

ie: 18- 16- 14-12 that will take a week and help the plant adjust to the lower amounts of light
