YupAre you the cop who posted a picture of their service pistol here?
I dont see a problem with law enforcement posting here. I'm sure plenty of cops smoke weed. But to deny it, like we're all his fools is pathetic.
Cops are bullys on major power trips. The same types that join the military because they want to know what it's like to kill a man. Nice ones are the exception not the rule.Maybe he's having a bad day because he had to deal with a bunch of assholes already. If you're nice you might be able to change his attitude for you and the next guy. If all you dealt with was assholes you'd start thinking everyone's an asshole too. So they'd think you were an asshole until you changed their mind.
If I was a cop I wouldn't like screwing over the cool people. But cocky assholes would get the full wrath. Just saying. They actually are human too,
I mean his whole life is a lie, why stop at admitting he’s a cop?I dont see a problem with law enforcement posting here. I'm sure plenty of cops smoke weed. But to deny it, like we're all his fools is pathetic.

In my late 20s, I was driving this beat up Ford LTD II that I bought for $300. It was ugly as fuck - it had been in a nasty accident and the front end was 50% Bondo with a grill that looked like something quickly forged by the A-Team. So, I got pulled over often, but the car was never deemed non-roadworthy, it just amazingly ugly. I was pulled over late one night in a posh suburb, and I was super respectful to the officer. I greeted him with, "Hello officer, did I do something wrong?" He told me to get the fuck out of the car, which I quickly did. The nicer I was, the angrier this little pig became. In mid sentence he slapped the shit out of me. I hadn't been slapped like that since I was a child. I saw red, but continued to be calm and polite. When amicably answering the next inane question, he slapped me again. I had never exercised more control in my life. I couldn't strike him back, if I was to retaliate it would have to be all the way - kill this fuck, somehow get rid of his car video, and get the fuck out of there. I wasn't ready to do any of that, this was real life. After a few minutes more of verbal abuse, he let me go. That unjust incident really scarred me, and changed my attitude toward the police forever. Not that it was very favorable to begin with.Maybe he's having a bad day because he had to deal with a bunch of assholes already. Well that's not cool. They shouldn't be hitting you at all. Are you nonwhite? I'm white, and I haven't experienced anything that bad. I'm sure it's different for some other races though which isn't right. In my late 20s, I was driving this beat up Ford LTD II that I bought for $300. Their job isn't customer service, it is often life or death. They don't have the luxury of having a bad day and taking it out on civilians. If one doesn't have the demeanor for dealing with the public, this is not the job for them. I have never been helped by the police...
Dad was black, but I almost always pass for white. Ime, most people who talk about police favorably are white. It is rare for me to hear positive things about police from other races.Well that's not cool. They shouldn't be hitting you at all. Are you nonwhite? The LTD, lol. My friends parents had a brown one. Then one year they decided to get a new car. They came home in a newer green one with wood trim panels, almost like the Vacation car,
It depends on the area too. In the city they're not as nice. Seattle cops for example are all basically assholes anymore. Some small town ones are assholes to non locals or people that are different too. In Tahoe they harassed the fuck out of the snowboarders. In North and South Dakota they weren't very nice to me because I think they could tell I'm more of a city guy, I don't exactly know what their problem was. Maybe they could just tell I'm a stoner.Dad was black, but I almost always pass for white. Ime, most people who talk about police favorably are white. Hey, post that picture of your service pistol again. It depends on the area too. In the city they're not as nice. Seattle cops for example are all basically assholes anymore. State Patrol officers are also usually way cooler than the country or city cops.
I don't know, but I always hated cops growing up too.
But around here in the little mountain towns of CO they're pretty cool as long as you are. But like I said I'm white, so I don't see how they treat non whites really. I also have short hair and am in my 40's which helps too. I was actually shocked at some of the shit I've gotten away with here. I don't think I've ever had a clean record before moving here,
Same here. I’m not anti police but any sane reasoning person can see that so much about our policing system is broken. We’ve created an armed standoff between the citizenry and the police and far too often we see the panicked reaction of police as they interact with a potentially armed populace.I have never been helped by the police...
