LST AUTOFLOWERS ADVICE

So I'm want to start my LST where do I start my first bend? And is there a better time to do it? Like before it needs water, after water, beginning of light cycle, at the end of light cycle? Or does it matter? Didn't know if the plant was more workable at any certain time.
Thanks

Time doesn’t matter, it can be done at any point. Start by bending down the tallest part. Continue pulling down the tallest branches as it grows.

My plants seem to be growing with the branches really close together. I guess it's the type I don't know maybe I had the lights to close? The lights were 18" I moved it to 24" should I take off any leaves?20220623_200758.jpg20220623_200752.jpg20220623_200747.jpg20220623_104417.jpg20220623_200758.jpg20220623_200752.jpg20220623_200747.jpg20220623_104417.jpg20220623_200758.jpg20220623_200752.jpg20220623_200747.jpg20220623_104417.jpg

Yes if you start LST on them you’ll have to remove some of the lower leaves so they aren’t touching the medium.
