Your eyes deceive you. You circled a stipule. Female plants form a calyx where two white "hairs" stigma/pistils come out of.

That's called pre-sexing . Yours is early . Females show later. . as a norm 2 months from seed everything shows

Stipules at ~5 o'clock, but isn't that a calyx in the there?

Looks like a stipule on the other side of the stem.

Yeah I didn’t even think about my leg causing such a ruckus but hey my plant and I have a good relationship!

Yeah the stipules are pointing towards each other and laying on the stalk so it’s not stipules!
those are tiny white hairs in the picture but to blurry so I’ll wait and get a better look in a few weeks!

Gotta wait another 2-3 weeks before you know. You will know if its a female hair it will look just like the hairs on early flowering weed sticking out.
