I have my CFL's 2 inches from the tops of the plants....thats the whole point of CFL...they dont produce much heat and can be placed very close to the plants with out fear of burning. Move those babies close and watch those colas grow!!

i have i have 11 150 watts in a 5'3" x 31" gr and with no vent i'm gettin low to mid 80's, they can get pretty hot

good, a hydroponic store sells them... you have to buy the regulator though... i paid 400 for the reg and the tank

where in god's green earth did you pay 4 bills for both the tank *AND* regulator? my local shop has the cheapest prices i've seen and the regulators alone are 4 bills!
