want a reliable and fire safe air circulation, im ready discouraging reviews that their cheap junk that go up in smoke but what about these pc fans? they last as advertized, forever just about, and it moves tons of air and can have a speed dial. can use professional mounting gear to have it act like a osc mini fan. or any osc mini fan suggestions that were good to you?

Air circulation should work its way up thru the plant, a clip on or any oscillating fan above the canopy will work, I usually have 2 or 3 fans pointed at the floor to just cause a constant breeze running up the walls and up thru the plants.

says the guy who cant pay 100 bucks for proper thermal management :)
I paid 40 bucks and also circulate air in the room... So really you're paying triple for.the same thing. So who's the smart one and who's the dumb one?
Anyways we should keep this in your thread and not derail ops thread
It's just rude. Sorry op!

Op those fans aren't really useful. What are you looking to accomplish? Just circulation? Look into a fan that's made of metal with metal cage and blades meant for use in damp locations. Sorry about crims. He's 'special'

lol thanks for your replies everyone! i dont mind jokes and fun its part of the fun of joining forums, this is like any social media but the coolest ive ever joined cause its about my favorite things. reading threads are soo different then actually being in them , its part of how i got on track because when ur researching its on you really vs interacting with pros! so yea i want circulation but not a fire lol i learned somewhere that most fans arent designed to run constantly and to time them. but these, i never read of the things i read about cheap osc fans by the hundreds vs none at all, same thing with the led lights i bought. my idea wont oscilate but it will do what i need if placed in correct place and quantity to have no dead air. runs 85F with the room being 75, need AC to keep things in check but nothing but two intake passive with light baffle and this pc fan for the exaust with light baffle - this is more than enough for intake and too much on full setting with one intake. the room will have itsown odor control because having inline fan in a 2x2, lol almost turned it inside out with carbon filter on. diy carbon but willl figure that out later.

I run my fans 24/7 without any issues. Some fans will run on the timer with the lights so they only turn on when the lights are on. Others stay on all the time. It's important to clean them regularly and don't allow hair and debris to become clogged up in them. You can always touch the back of the fan and make.sure it isn't hot. If it is then replace that fan asap

i dont see people at all using them as a osc fan type of thing so i wonder how many people have done or considered this instead of just being the osc fans like usual for this thing. but i read alot that those cheap osc fans will smoke up like right away or not work at all or quit working almost right away, my idea will cost a lot but am generally wondering if this is worth it for minimal safety risks or many somewhere here will see and reply like hey those arent much different and can do the same but i dont see any trace of this with noctua or other great pc fans and im not a computer guy so idk.

fire hazard is primary but second, want to control the space remotely and need things to be reliable i heard trolmaster X is good and thinking of having backup fans , these are small so its easy to have one or two back to back or so to variate them and have an emergancy one incase the other shuts down.
