A lot of the bulk you see with creatine are results of the water retention, causing your muscles to appear larger. Go off and the results will be less apparent, but it's still a great supplement.

Oh and, steroids don't shrink your cack, they shrink your nuts. ;)

True dat, not to mention that they can lead to baldness and gynecomastia ("bitch tits"). My trainer juiced endlessly and ended up getting hair implants at 27. These were the reasons why I decided not to compete as it would require constant use of steroids as opposed to safe cycling.Steroids can be done safely with no adverse results, but one could never expect to compete by adhering to a regimen of cycling steroids.

You're a smart man. I always end up getting into arguments with people when they talk about steroids because I always bring up that when they are used responsibly and carefully they can be very effective with little to no side effects. The tits thing always sucks, but that's what people get when they rush into the juice with no planned PST and no knowledge of the substances they are taking.

That being said, I don't, nor have I ever used steroids. It's too much work and money for a lazy broke motherfucker like me.:peace:

true about the steroid use. i've still little respect for bodybuilders that cop out and do them though. steroids is the pussy's way of beating genetics..

Make sure you add CoQ10 to your supplement regime. It's fecking great and one of the few clinically proven if not mistaken. You'll notice improved energy and vibrancy. No, really. It's good for the heart son.

Woah, its been a while since i saw this thread. I remember this thread from a WHILE ago i posted on the first page about how ive been losing weight. Im just gonna put an update, i went from 252 pound to 170 in a little over a year. Im in the best shape of my life considering im only 18 years old. My arms, chest , and legs are nice considering ive been working them out for over a year. While i just started working out my back, and abs but there coming along well. But i only have 1 problem with all the weight i lost..Its kinda hard to say but it looks like I gave birth. My stomach is loose and i just have extra skin in that area, is there a way to lose this or do i just have to suck it up and wear tank tops for the rest of my life?

EDIT: I mean ive looked online for ways to get rid of it but they all say the same diet and cardio, or maybe surgery (fuck that). But ive been exercising faithfully and i still dont see my stomach getting any better.

Things like abs work outs and running are the only ways to lighten the post-pregnancy looking gut up. Even then, you will never have washboard abs because of all the stretched skin and the inability to mold tightly around your muscles. Cardio and muscle-specific ab workout routines will help the bulk of it decrease, however. In summary, you may have lost all that weight too fast, and that's why you might have a little flappy fanny pack now. But don't stress it, abs are overrated. I had abs for like, 1 year out of my life, nice abs, and I didn't get any more/less respect/pussy then I would now. I rock the gut now 8-)
