Hard to say without seeing the whole plant, but from that pic i would be getting antsy.
Another week or two wouldnt hurt anything either.

I have one plant in my tent that ive been thinking is almost there for 4 weeks now... It can be frustrating

The rest of the plant looks the same, but just from this picture u can see the trichomes turning orange

You’re pretty much in window - another week wouldn’t kill ya. If all flowers look this uniform then all good.

The only place i see amber there is the fan leaf in front.
