General (and most likely noob) Questions about Light and Seedlings

Question: Am I providing these seedlings with the environment they need to thrive (and not die)? They look ok to me and I do see a second set of leaves starting on them. I'm assuming at some point there will be a growth spurt.

Particulars:
Indoor
Soil
3x3 Tent
Spider-Farmer SE5000 @ 30%
Light 18" from top of seedlings
According to this cheap Hydro Farm LUX meter, ~16,490 LUX at top of plants

Popped last Wednesday (3) in Root Riot Cubes
Transplanted to Solo Cups on Sunday into FF Happy Frog Soil (Did not supplement with perlite for this transplant but will when going into the 5 gallons)

Temp Runs between 75-78 during the day and drops to high 60's low 70's when it's night night time (18/6 schedule currently)
Humidity can vary a bit but primarily right now stays between 65-70 (had to get a humidifier.. LOL)
Watering well but not saturating when I can go 2 knuckles deep and stay dry
I have one clip fan circulating air around but not directed at the youngins. The other is literally set to 1 (out of a possible 10) just to give an ever so slight breeze on them as I feel this will cause microfractures and help to strengthen the stalks. I may be off base there but I didn't want to have to resort to paper clips.

If it matters, they are Fruit Punch..

Does this sound about right? I know I'm new and probably just worrying about things to worry about but figured I'd ask you smart people. :)

Thanks!

I would give them about 10k lux instead for now-you can just raise it up a bit and use your meter. Don't increase until they have a few more sets of leaves. Try to keep their temps up to at least 80 during the day if possible. Be sure to let your soil dry out a bit before watering again-go by the weight of the cup.

The cheap Hydrofarm quantum PAR meter is what you should have purchased. For real. Love this incredible resistance to buying one of the damned things. Half the growers here have several pH meters in the junk drawer. They keep trying different ones. Etc.

So, is the 16k too high? I think, if I'm reading this meter correctly that it's the reading x10? Should I lower it? Thanks again!

I use one. My neighbor bought an expensive Apogee. We checked them side by side under several LED lights. My cheapie was within 5 +/- of his Apogee at full power. And it recharges with a USB cable.
Even better, this one I got literally goes through a new battery every time I use it. I have to remove the battery right away if I expect to be able to use it again. I mean, it gives me "something" to go by but this isn't the infrastructure I want to build. I don't need to spend a fortune but it needs to make things easier. LOVING the Controller 69 from AC Infinity though. Only problem I have with it is that I tend to sit at my desk and make minor adjustments for hours just to see what happens when I make those changes.. LOL
