Heh, yeah, it is what it is. I do enjoy growing as a hobby, it's kind of like brewing your own beer. You can grow lots of varieties, try and beat whatever personal best type criteria, grow rare things, etc. I wouldn't say it's exciting though.

We need to jump through 40 million hoops before we can get medical cannabis and don't even think about smoking it recreationally, you bunch of junkies! Which is weird like, considering the UK is the world's biggest supplier of medical cannabis. Of course legalising it would take the money away from all the Tory fucks who own said farms, so we've got literally no chance of it now.
Hope the world enjoys the medical cannabis we grow though, while we all get shit faced on the "safer" drug alcohol and stab each other over a bag of chips on a Friday night.

All that peaceful happy populous is the real gateway drug away from the GQP.
For me it was a meditation thing after creating something from a seed..life.
The chop was always the worst part for me. I usually had a set of 12-15 but once they stated fading? I grew them with love.
When a kid would come around and try to get a 'deal'? Such a slap in the face.
There were times I could spend hours; talking to them and taking pics.
