I'm on my first grow. I would love to hear what your favorite in the past 12 month. THC, Flavor and yields are most important.

So far my atlas freebies are smelling great

Wife and I both agree Stilton Cheese by 710 genetics was our most recent favorite purchase. Ice bomb from bomb seeds was pretty good as well but took a couple few weeks longer to ripen, much more of a skunk terp.
Outside of that all of our other favorites were bag seed or homemade crosses, we were given some gelato a while back that was very nice and quick to harvest.

How was the yield

Above average for me. I grow in a really small space so I usually don't get more than 1.5-2oz per plant. The stilton cheese was almost 2oz dry so like I said on the upper end of my average. I'm sure if you had the space to grow it out you could definitely get about a pound. ;)

It's personal so great quality and decent yield is ideal. I figure if I could find with a great yield I'll get an ok yield, lol.

So you're basically wanting to know what the best overall strain has been for me. I'd definitely have to say ETHOS Mandarin Sunset.
The buds are nice and big but not too dense, lots of frost, great bag appeal and tastes like cutie oranges. High is definitely heady and not as much body stone but for a daytime smoke it definitely pairs well with caffeine.

Oh and I was able to pull 21 oz of dry, trimmed & cured bud off 1 plant under a 1000w DE HPS.

From what I’ve personally grown:

Sensi star from JOTI - was the best tasting - like a minty treat, almost like menthol flavored halls. Maybe it’s all in my head, but I felt the passage ways open up when I opened the grinder! :bigjoint:

Dante’s inferno - Tiki/Clearwater genetics - best smell - Earthy & super fruity nose.

Best yielder - God bud 2.0 by JOTI 6.6oz. 1/5 plants in a 32” x 60” tent.

As far as THC… they all fk’d me up. That’s all that matters to me. It’s all personal/new hobby.

Of the last 12 new strains (to me) I've grown in the past year and a half, the standout strain was Old Red Sour by Old School Genetics. Honestly any strain I've grown with a good Sour Diesel parent has been killer, but this plant not only tastes great and is frosty and potent, it also yields better than anything else I've grown. In a 4x4 with 3 other plants it yielded 1 LB almost exactly.

Oh I see. I misread it like "most of us preffer growing clones instead of seeds"
Thanks for clarifying
That was my first thought but then I realized it was written like a hack comedian so I figured they were trying to be punny.

Sounds killer. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. Can't wait to talk about my favorite.

Cool. On the Northeast an outdoor grow needs to be timed right. I'll eventually try it.
Auto's maybe the way to go so you can harvest before it freezes. Maybe build a chicken wire fence or to keep the deer out, if you're in an area with lots of white tail.
