I guess you never grew before did you?
Ok, I will assume that you haven't
Ist thing is that your way close to bloom, which will depend on what is the dominant strain, the Indica or the Sativa
If the dom is the Sativa, expect it to take about 10 to 13 weeks to harvest
Indica dom, 8 to 10 weeks.
A plant will start to lose leaves before it's done (they will yellow & die/fall off)
Usually this starts around 2 weeks before finish
How does the bud look?
It's possible the plant is done, but it sounds like it will be a 10 week plant
In other words I don't think you have an issue, just normal die off.
But you do have a problem with your nutes
1st never use the ratios given by the manufacture, they are estimates really, there are too many variables, such as what ppm/ec your looking for & what they give you.
You HAVE TO KNOW THE PPM/EC in your water, that is imperative
Get a good meter & I would recommend a dual meter, both PPM & Ph (Greenlee or that Blue Lab (think that's the name/definitely Blue something)
In soil I would use 700 ppm in veg, during bloom I bump it up to around 1000 ppm.
Yes, that's high but if you feed every 3rd watering you should be fine.
You should use the bloom as soon as you flip your plants otherwise it's too late if you didn't use it
What nutes are you using & what's their NPK?
Some people think that if your in soil, the Ph doesn't matter.
Oh yea?
For soil you want anywhere between 6.2 & 6.5.
That the sweet spot for maximum mineral uptake.
Think about it
If your water is 7.0, which is the norm if you don't use well water, you are constantly saturating the roots shit water.
Your entire soil will build up with the Ph your using, and if it ain't in the sixes, you are setting yourself up for lockout.
A fucking milk container?
I assume you put holes in it to drain, right?
Please say yes or your drowning your roots
Was that your idea?
Scratch that, you need 1 gallon for every month of grow & I used 3 gal pots & they were perfect for a plant in a 3 month cycle.
Anyway I hope I have helped a little & good luck :)
