Went through the whole plant with a light. Nothing else under or above. Odd. I could have missed some too. Who knows.

Looks like it. Found these pics online. Those clear balls are the eggs. I think your initial assumption was correct. Tho these look kinda transparent to the ones in your pic.

Yep tetranychus mite - regardless still nuke them.
Try a good broad spectrum pest spray.

Definitely looks more like that. The big tent only has a few weeks left to go so the fear of them spreading over there is slightly less but not zero.

There's nothing in the small tent that couldn't be purged/torched including the only clones of the flowering plants I have.

It’s not obvious to me because enlarging images on this site is horrible and my phone is small and I’m old and can’t see like I use to but now that you mention it I do see a couple dots
