I am running some autos and am using coco loco for the first time. Any one think I need to add dolmalite lime to it to make sure the ph stays good. Anyone have experience with this soil?

Definitely not. Check the back of the bag for the ingredients. I just checked online, and the ingredients list says there is already lime in the mix, so you should not have any issues and should not need to add lime for a few years.

Regards.

I use coco loco and have been mostly happy with my results. I’ve often wondered why more people don’t use coco loco yet use coco products. I’d love to hear more opinions.

Probably because they believe there's better and cheaper alternatives out there? Haven't tried Coco loco but it's getting old with people thinking one coir product is superior to another. If it's from a reputable source they should all be free from most salts and inert.

Canna, Botanicare or any other local brand will most certainly grow great buds if used properly. I see very little difference from all the different brands I've tried through the years. I like coir bricks since they are easy to store and ship.

Same here!! 11kg block, hydrated to field capacity will yield approximately a full 27gallon HDX (yellow lid, black bottom) storage tote.

I never claimed one product was superior to the other. I have no knowledge of any other product. I’ve been growing a short time and coco loco was what I used first. It worked for me so I’ve stuck with it, which is why I’d love to hear the opinions of others that do have experience with other products.
