Best Method for Growing Mothers

Getting ready to make a ton of mother's here. Have multiple strains that I want to keep going. I was first considering DWC for each separately but then wanted to see what suggestions the community has.

Getting ready to make a ton of mother's here. Have multiple strains that I want to keep going. I was first considering DWC for each separately but then wanted to see what suggestions the community has.

That sounds like a huge headache for some mothers. Bonsai them. Mine are in 4" rockwool cubes. Some of them are close to a year old. They are only a few inches tall and super easy to take care of. If I plan to run a single strain I'll take a cut and turn it into a temporary mother, then take my clones and kill it off so that the original mother never needs to get very big.

Peat moss and perlite mixtures. Super easy.

DWC would be a poor choice for a long-term mother.

Any other medium would be a better choice in that scenario
