I have the same basic question on mine.

Looks different then yours, but I think it's a pollen sack (nanner). Not sure what to do.

Not hermie, but seed found. harvest or wait?

EDIT: I pulled it, and it's a seed, which means something pollenated it. So is the damage done or should I pull the plants? (See second post for closeup and triches, only one amber). Is this the dreaded hermie?? Please tell me no. They were doing so well! WTF? This is on one of my Hydro...

A Hermie and a nanner are diff. Same but diff.
A Hermie grows both male and female flower
A 'nanner' generally forms from somewhere on a bud. Hermie bad. Nanners (generally) can be delt with.
