Lock out or fungus?

Hey guys been fighting this for months on all my autos. I try one thing no luck, try another and nothing. Here is what I've got going and some starts to discolor the nugs. Still getting dank ass shit, but now it's yellowing the nugs and I need to figure it out.

looks like some kind of lockout or def but im not 100% just my 2 cents
