saying not to spray water on out door vegging plants is silly, It dont matter what herb thinks all he does is troll post ,As far as fusarium i have never seen it on a healthy out door plant but ya it could happen.

Its fine to spray in veg out door not sure why someone would say its bad, Gotta have IPM sprays at least once a week what about rain. Once plants are a few weeks into budding no more spraying.
