Help with plants can somebody lmk what deficiency I’m having ?

Increase your humidity to around 70% during veg and add a Cal-Mag with Nitrogen to the mix. Those white speckles are thrips so it's not a nutrient problem but a bug problem on that plant. Don't go overboard on the nitrogen or cal-mag but that should help.

Dont over/under water go slow and let the plants grow!

Ide give them a good flush with some ph water then ide check the ph and ppm of the run off start there

why would you check the run off ppm and PH?
