And I can maintain proper temps without a heater. How what? Your environment and situation isn't the same as everyone else's.
True dude, I suppose if it's hot outside, you wouldn't need a heater inside. All I'm saying is that if he has low temps then that could cause stress in the plants :)

465 watts of LED will produce the same heat as 465 watts of anything. Kinda the way it works!
Well that's strange, because when I turn my LED light on, the hygrometer and my inkbird sensor reads the same temperature. Even after 24 hours. The temperature doesn't even rise a single fraction. Not until I turn my oil radiator on. What helps is the fact I don't have my driver inside my tent either. Its on the outside. I heard a lot of heat comes from the actual driver it's self.

No way.
In my 62 degree basement my 3x3 tent with 300w of led exhausts every 10 min or so during lights on.

Heat is a direct function of watts burned. Specifically 3.41 btu's per watt. The only difference between LED and HID is how the heat is distributed.

Must be something wrong with the Inkbird then.. Watts create btu's. Simple Physics! My drivers are also mounted remotely.

Well there must be something wrong with my light then because when I touch it there's no heat at all coming from it. When I touch the led bars they are totally cool. My hands are warmer then the light

Like I said, the difference is distribution. This is convective heat, as opposed to the radiant heat which comes out of HID lamps. I’m fairly certain that your fixture does not defy the laws of physics,

I can understand your reluctance to accept this fact, because I used to think the way you do. After extensive research as well as my own real world side by side comparison, I guarantee you that the total heat produced by HID vs LED is the same, assuming the watts burned are the same.
