hey Billy' . i have a microscope with lcd screen I just got; and it clearly shows about 25% amber trichomes and I worry to let them degrade but every bud has around 10% new growth with clear stamens . this is my first harvest not sure what to do.

25% amber and new growth? Sounds like you need more cal mag. Then turn off the lights for 48 hours.

oh havent used cal mag I have only used the Fox Farm soil and fertilizers the 3 that come together in amazon

Looking at trichs on a burned and stressed plant is a waste of time
Just decide when to chop it and begin again

Your best bet is to harvest, try to salvage what you have, and start fresh. Remember next time flushing is not required, keep feeding.
