Plant is 7 weeks from the seed popping from soil. Fox farms ocean forest soil
3 gallon pot
Fox Farms nutes at 1/2 strength
230 Watt Led 12” from canopy

I’m thinking calcium deficiency, but not 100% sure. Any thoughts?

Never used FF nutes so can't speak on that, but I would start by one, raising the light. Do you have the ability to transplant into a bigger pot? I'd put it in FFOF in a 7gal or so container then slowly feed nutes after it recovers.

Currently waiting on supplies to transplant into a 5 or 7 gallon fabric pot. Should be here in a couple days. Hasn’t gotten super dry, but definitely is getting dryer as it gets larger. Watered with cal-mag last night and no new brown spots so fingers crossed

are you using tap water? if so, no need for calmag, you'll cause more issue with that. not needed for soil unless using RO

3g pot is plenty. i run 3g with FFOF also. when soil is dry, feed full strength with about 25% runoff. we need runoff when feeding in soil to prevent salt buildup. lastly, dont let the pot sit in the runoff, it needs to drain away. there is a variety of ways to do this

also agree light needs to be raised, 12" is too low for most lights

best of luck

Wow lots to unpack here. Firstly the pot is not sitting on the ground. It is elevated 2” above the floor. Runoff tray is probably a good idea, but not something that is affecting my plant. Could probably use more water at each feeding to increase run off. Nutes we’re not introduced until day 35.

I see no help regarding the actual question asked and only criticisms regarding other parts. Advice is welcomed, but no need to be condescending. My light is at its current height based off witnessed growth. I started at 18” and the plant growth was much slower.

again I will ask my question for future reference as magically the addition of cal mag with no other changes stopped the spots from spreading. Any thoughts on what type of deficiency or lockout?

Ok.
YOU ARE THE PROBLEM YOU HURT THAT POOR PLANT!

Please throw away grow big, tiger bloom and your precious calmag. Focus on life and let the plant lead.
Good luck

I see no help because not a single person mentioned what the issue was causing the browning‍. What crucial question have I not answered?
