Ditching led lights mid flower?

Ok I screwed up and purchased some inferior led lights from Amazon. I have now purchased a luxx 645 pro. By having the inferior leds I have had nothing but small yields. I currently have 6 plants in bloom about 7 weeks in. What will happen if I swap out the lights now? Or should I wait till after harvest?

you can do it now. as long as you keep a 12/12 light schedule. you can expect better growth if you got better lights.

They will most definitely stress if you toss that light in full blast. Toss it in at half power id suggest

WELCOME TO RIU :weed:
second people grow decent plants with cheap Amazon lighting often
So who determined lighting is your issue and can you provide details and pics of previous efforts?

I came to that conclusion. My par was super low down around 200. I’ve had better growth under a hps.

Sure it’s not super accurate. But better than nothing
I’ve tested it against 2 accurate meters and it’s read high every time. So if you say you’re getting 200ppfd, you are really only getting about 100ppfd at the plant.

Which lights are you using right now?

Probably have to harden them up with the new, higher output fixture. Like Bk said, half power and read your girls grower .

Good luck
