i browned up a couple of nice pork chops last night, with a little sage, tumeric, and cumin

then in the same pan i fried up a sweet potato, a white potato, a yellow onion, a carrot, an apple, and a hand full of raisin.

then i deglazed the pan with a little apple cider vinegar, added apple juice, dark brown sugar, chopped garlic, and a spoon full of apple butter
cooked it down till it was nice and clingy

let the pork chops simmer in that for about an hour

then tossed the veggies in the sauce, and added some peas cooked with real butter, minced onion, and a little mustard powder

Been awhile but they’re some good eatin’.
When I was a kid me and my buddy were watching a couple sheep get butchered...The old guy doing the cutting pulled out a brown paper bag, sliced the nutsack open, and scooped the balls into his paper bag....We asked..."what you gonna do with them? And he said "dinner, they are a delicacy".

We thought he was just messing with us... We hoped!
