I thought the name sounded wrong. But that's because of the connection with ozone depletion. How are they harmful do you know?

No, breathing in o3 in concentration is harmful to you.

If you're venting outside and run an inline generator you're good. You just don't want to be using it in an area where you will breath the air on a reg basis. I use ozone to clean my rooms after a grow. If you breath it, it burns and hurts your throat right away also irritated my eyes. I just run it on a timer and go out somewhere for a couple hours.

ozone is like hydrogen peroxide in a sense with an unstable oxygen atom. you know how that oxygen atom disinfects and burns tissue with peroxide its kinda like that with ozone but you breathe it which makes it worse.

I have an AirROS, which is a Hydrogen Trioxide generator. Aside from killing powdery mildew it also takes care of odor, you use no carbon filter with it.

Expensive but worth it.
