Curing in jars

Okay I'm here the last step. Wet trimmed my plants then hung dried for 9 days. I've been giving them a manicure and they're pretty dry My question is should I put in a humidity pack while they're carrying or wait till I'm done caring then put the humidity back in for long term storage? By the way I'm planning on burping them three times a day for the first week The second week I'll burp them twice the third week planning on just opening it once in awhile

I would skip the humidity packs for both drying and storage. I wouldn’t burp at all except to check maybe in the first day for the peace of mind, then if it’s actually ready to jar pop the lid once on the first week. Then long term. IMO a lot of people screw up their harvest listening to these dumb threads about the perfect cure with all this extra nonsense.

Word thanks for the input. They just feel really dry but I'll do half my jars like this

They just feel really dry

The bud dries faster than the stems in the center of the buds. Oftentimes once sealed in the jar the moisture level in the steems will remoisturize the buds to a certain degree, so you may find that after a little time in the jar that the buds will be slightly less dry.
