New small grow tent and light - Is the light enough?

So I just got rid of another (my last) plant of my first attempt(s). Starting fresh. Much of the problems I had were due to not enough light, so I have a question about the equipment I just purchased. The tent is 36x20. The light I bought is a VS1000 from Vivosun. Is the VS1000 enough or should I get the VS2000? Is 2000 overkill or will the plant(s) be happy. Two plants. Thank you!

If those 2 lights are your only 2 options then go for the 2000.

It’s a 200w light which should be plenty for 2 plants.

Might be lacking a bit of light on the 36” side of the tent but with the reflection I doubt you’ll notice much.

keep your plants as short as you can. I would say no taller than around 2ft after stretch and trained to spread and fill the area using topping or LST and you should be golden.

Thank you for that advice. I am returning the VS1000. Since I can now order anything to replace it, do you have a suggestion? 36x20 VIVOSUN tent.
For that light you’re scooping up you may want a smaller tent. Idk about vivosun tho. Their zippers were a little sketchy on my 32x60. I went back to mars hydro tents.

2 of 1000s or 1 of the 2000s should do fine. In that space. Doesn’t really matter which whatever is easier/less costly for you.
