Why get all worked up about a bill that can only be considered symbolic until the Senate has 60 democrats seated inside?
The symbolism is fine. Just don't expect it to go anywhere. vote Republicans out.

I’m more concerned about who’s funding Schumer to push this act. Who benefits from decriminalized weed? Sure it might keep some folks out of prison but most smokers don’t get caught and as many states have proven most people are either too lazy or too unsure of their abilities to grow and are just happy with shit weed from a dispensary, that is likely contaminated or riddled with bugs and disease.
Nationeide legal weed allows big business to get involved and once that happens shit weed, diseases and pesticide issues will beon the front.

It will never pass because Republicans will block it. The Republican Party doesn't have a platform to refer to, just the one written 8 years ago because Trump can't plan his way out of his own room any more. BUT, when they had one it clearly stated they are opposed to any legalization of weed.
No such thing as a good Republican. Not even Cheney. She's just not as vile as the rest of them.
It's not the Senate where the problem is, it's passed the Senate 5 times, its Congress who shelves it and let's it sit without voting on it.
I'm far from worked up, I started my 1st crops in corn fields many many moons ago, when it was highly illegal, and have been growing ever since. It just helps that I live in a state where it's "legal". Growers nowadays can actually discuss things in the open, and not hush hush behind closed doors. I could really care less if the Feds legalize it or not, I'll still be growing like I have been for many years.
