Need alot more info
Like what kind of soil?
what kind of nutrients?
What lights?
What's your ph level of your feed?
Your temp and humidity levels?
How often you water them?
But for starters it looks like you have some bugs (possibly aphids)but its hard to tell as your pics a a bit blurry.

Definitely over watered, why are your leaves so wet? Looks like they are growing in Shrek's swamp. For one month old they are very tiny what kind of light are you using?

Hi yeah I have identified that I've over watered so can I let the soil dry out a bit befor I water it next also I use sea weed and fish fertiliser the soils not the best but I didn't have enough money to buy decent stuff so I'm hoping once they grow they will repay what I did spend on them .

:wall:
Sorry to burst your bubble but you got yourself a hot mess going on.
You got multiple plants in 1 small- medium size pot. That not good.
Plus your using a 40 watt light which isn't going to yield you much with 1 plant let alone multiple.
You need to save up for a decent light and a good growing medium. Try watching the best deals thread for a cheap light.

I mean this in the nicest way possible but you've got about 3-4 full days of research on these forums before you even attempt a grow, and unless you are growing basil that looks like weed you will need to stop and scrap what you are currently growing :(

Even while attempting a grow on a budget you still need to meet the basic requirements to veg & flower cannabis and as @JustBlazin has already said you absolutely should not be growing 6 plants per pot and will need a light intended for growing.

I've got 4 plant per pot and I've brought tonnes of seeds so there's no prob
I've been stressing about an 8" pot with a single plant and just up potted.

Should have thrown six in there and I'd have a plethora of Donkey Dix by now.
It's not 6 it's 4

You want to start off each of your seeds in its own individual space, and then as they grow/fill out the container with roots you move each plant into its own larger container.

I suggest something like this to start your seedlings:

I like to keep my RH around 70-90% inside the dome until they pop through the soil and then I remove the humidity dome. Once the dome comes off a fan comes on and never turns off. After that you can decide what size of pot you want to move into after your plants are a decent size and grown some leaves. As far as lights goes, check the deals thread. Keep in mind that vegging a weed plant and flowering a weed plant are 2 vastly different ball games.

EDIT: I start my seeds off in a 3.5" pot under a humidity dome, once leaves pop I remove the dome, transplant into a 1.2L pot after 1-2 weeks, and then straight into a 5gallon pot.

Problem already started - what is that medium ?

Plants are suffering in it. Either it’s hella hot for plants or N deficient ( yellowing )

Okay I'll buy one of the dome things and start again I don't want to try with my afghan seeds until I've got growing down pack and what soil do you suggest I use I'm asking you cause your the only one being mature about it and not making fun of my mistakes

I would suggest something simple, with either no nutrients or very very little nutrients already in the soil. Main key elements of a good medium are the ability to retain needed moisture while also being able to drain away any excessive moisture and allow your roots to breathe oxygen when they need it. Easiest way to get this imo would be to start with something like this:

HP stands for High Porosity! Which = good for cannabis. You want your plant to get water but you don't want it sitting in swamp like conditions. If you really feel like it, and I highly recommend it, you could add 1/5 of earth worm castings to your medium. In my opinion using something like Promix HP w/ EWC is a perfect starter medium for a newbie. Gives you(and by you, I mean your plant) everything you need to get you going for the first couple of weeks and hey even comes with some added Mycorrhizae. Keep in mind that this medium will have very little nutrients and you will need to feed your plant once it starts to get hungry. This is good because it gives you more control. With that control comes the required knowledge and understanding of how to follow feeding instructions.

At this point(1-2 weeks after sprouting) your plants will probably be a) getting to be root bound and b) starting to get a little hungry. So now you can kill two birds with one stone and get your nutrient regiment started and also give your plants some more space to grow. How? By transplanting into a larger pot (around 1 gallon is good for the next stage if you have the space for it) and mixing your soil you will be using with dry amendments. I would use something basic like a 4-4-4 to start off in veg and then for flower switch to something like a 2-8-4. You can top dress with EWC or any dry amendments as you go and as your plants require it.

If you have any questions or want some help feel free to DM me. I don't claim to know a whole lot, but what I do know is that the method I described works well for me.
