I would grind it, then soak in vegetable oil for an extended period (at room temp), then filter the oil.I wonder if a good method to consume would be to get it bone dry and grind up and then put into capsules?

I take a capsule in the morning and at night. RAW, for the acids. I think it was the NY Times that had an article that said CBDa and CBGa block the receptors that co-vid uses.I wonder if a good method to consume would be to get it bone dry and grind up and then put into capsules?
Check out the web for marijuana vs kale. You may be surprised! The you won't believe the nutrients in pot.I remember watching a documentary on weed years ago prior to recreational legalization and they had a medical doctor that said the best benefits from marijuana come from eating the whole plant. I can't remember the exact break down since it's been so long but basically saying cannabinoids are more plentiful and easier to absorb that way.
Not to get high but for every day health purposes, like eat a weed salad. I wish I could remember the documentary or better yet the name of the doctor. Interesting stuff for sure.
Yeah, I like that, going to save my leaves for smoothies.Check out the web for marijuana vs kale. You may be surprised! The you won't believe the nutrients in pot.

I’ll have to try that, I like the sounds of that as some strains leaves can be pretty rankfresh white new flowers maybe a wee to 2 weeks old taste great. They don't taste like weed, more nutty kind of like sunflower or pine seeds.
leaves are not tasty no. If you do want what they offer. you can put whole parts of the plant through a screw press and consume it wheatgrass juice styleI’ll have to try that, I like the sounds of that as some strains leaves can be pretty rank
It would mostly be the acid form, even after a year it’s still mostly acid too as long as it’s kept away from elevated temps and sunlightI don't have any freshly harvested flower, but I was wondering if the stuff I've had in jars for a couple of months with 62% Integra packs would still contain enough acid form cannabinoids to have health benefits. I'm working all the time so I can't get stoned during the day, so I haven't tried eating the dried buds yet. Anyone with experience on eating dried bud? Does it get you high?
I'll try eating some tomorrow. I'll report back in this thread. It would mostly be the acid form, even after a year it’s still mostly acid too as long as it’s kept away from elevated temps and sunlight
