I think your question begins with an inaccurate assumption and is designed to harm my reputation because you're not very good at making a coherent argument.
Just because I recognize a person who has the capability to consent to something should be free to do that or not, it's not necessarily an endorsement or personal preference of the choices they might make.
It's kind of like if a person wants to sit home all day pounding calories and then waddle out to the car and head to Walmart for a ride in one of those too fat to walk electric thingys. I'm not in favor of people doing that, but I recognize people have a right to be gluttonous.
