Ouch....
That sucks bad... Right in mid flower and everything.

Sometimes leaves will mottle on their own as they get closer to end of flower, they can get pretty gnarly looking, even end up with little blisters and blemishes.. The mottling of a leaf during flower at late stage is usually the entire plant generally. The leaves directly exposed to your HID or LED would be more effected than the leaves that are more "inner" on the plant.

But, yeh, thats bugs on your plants.

"Bugs" seems a bit generalized, no? I would look for the bug (insect or mite) and signs of the pest itself like webbing or spots of defacation or eggs, etc. A magnifying glass would help.

It is a long way from losing your crop and it may be signs of a past population now gone or in early stages of becoming established. I think those young buds have weeks to go and are still forming.

If it is indeed an established number of insects or mites you can still perhaps isolate them or save the others from infestation. It seems a bit late for soap or NEEM as a treatment since they are flowering now.......... but if you only treat the plants with signs and symptoms, then you can still spray them.

But if it was me- I would first identify the pest to aphid, spider mite, thrips or whatever it may be if signs are still there. I also hate "bugs" and have been no stranger to dealing with a number of different types over the years in a number of different manners (materials and methods) .
I would not panic in that situation since the symptoms (signs) of bugs are still not confirmed. They may be gone now. It depends on knowing which type of bug, no? Then go from there........... It is late in the game but you can still save your crop and you may not need to do anything depending on what you find with a bit of looking under a small amount of magnification (5x or 10x)...............

jus sayin'- best regards and I am new here so consider the source.

you have not lost your crop by a long shot at this stage of the game

Whatcha got going ?
Thank you sir,
I can load that question allright! What drew me to this forum , basically, is that I am trying to switch from about 1600 watts of HID lights to LED lights. For the same reasons as many have. I just want to light up three 4x2 grow box areas. And do it as well as the HIDs for half the electrical juice.

I have 2 boxes still in HID cause I am afraid to commit and I started with "burples" and quickly found out from here and elsewhere that I should have went Quantum Boards. So now I am gonna go with the quantum boards and hope it works. I thought I knew it all (sort of) and then tried taking a new strain of feminized seeds to harvest after years of clones only............ and then saw the LED yields

I like this forum so thought I would give er a go. I have learned a lot just by lurking here and intend to take one grow box to harvest this go round with the new LED techniques I learn here.......

But I have always liked the plant. I still like it and most likely always will so obviously I still got a lot to learn and could use a few new tricks- the plot thickens!

thank you
