Not ready. Hopefully you didn't chop because it's hard to not dry once it's dead.

Haha. Based on your handle did you ever homebrew? I did and as with this I sucked at it initially. Got really good too and hope that happens with this. Reminds of it a lot. Quit brewing because I got too fat.
